The Support You Need

When you sign up for full IT services for business with Prosora, you receive full technical support. Please use the following contact information for technical support requests only. For all other inquiries please use the information on the Contact Us page. If you are new to Prosora, visit our Ticket Creation process page for support instructions.


  1. Create Ticket
    It will take you to a website where you can complete a quick form and submit your request. If deployed at your location, you may use the “Prosora – Submit IT Request” icon that is on your computer’s desktop.

  2. Phone Support
    If no one picks up right away, leave a voicemail with a detailed description of your issue along with your contact information.

  3. Direct Email
    Enter a short description in the subject line, OR Include “Urgent” or “Emergency” in the subject line to indicate a critical issue. Describe the issue you are having and provide your contact information in the body of the email.
